Who we are

This website, alesh.ai, presents the work of Alesh Ancira. It is operated by The Eclectic Agency [confirm full legal name and registered address]. In this notice, "we" means The Eclectic Agency.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry through the form on this site, we receive what you type into it: your name, work email, organization, the kind of support you are asking about, your timeline, and an optional short note. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the note.

Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, the page requested and the time. We do not use these logs to profile visitors.

Why we use it

We use your inquiry to read your request, decide whether we can help, and reply to you. We do not use it for marketing lists or sell it to anyone.

Who sees it

Your inquiry is sent by email to the team at The Eclectic Agency that handles requests for Alesh Ancira. It passes through the service that delivers that email and the host that runs this website [confirm provider names before launch]. They handle it only to deliver and run the site.

We also keep a copy of each inquiry in a private log file on our server, so a failed email never loses your request. When you send the form, we email you one short confirmation, and we will not send it again to the same address within a day.

The AI chat assistant

This site has a chat window with an AI assistant ("Alesh's AI"). It is a computer program built from Alesh's published work. It is not Alesh, and it can be wrong. What you type in the chat is sent to our servers and on to an AI service provider [confirm provider names before launch: OpenRouter and the model maker it routes to] so that it can write an answer. Please do not type sensitive personal information.

We do not keep your chat unless you choose to leave your details. If you tick the consent box and send your details, we keep your name, your email, what you asked for, and up to your last four questions from the chat, so the team can follow up. We copy that to a private spreadsheet that only the team can open, and we email you one short confirmation. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other sites. Fonts and images are served from this site. Links to outside sites, such as articles and social profiles, take you to services with their own privacy practices.

How long we keep it

We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to answer you and keep a record of the conversation [confirm retention period]. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices
